Do you need help with a scheduled shut-off?

  1. Sign into your online account right away. Click “Get help paying” and follow the prompts to review your options to stop a shut-off.
  2. If you’re not currently on a payment agreement, apply for a new one to stop your scheduled termination and make payments toward your past-due balance over time.
  3. If you have a payment agreement and it’s past due, review the amount required to reinstate your agreement and stop your shut-off.

Are you looking for a medical certificate?

  • If you or a member of your household is seriously ill or has been diagnosed with a medical condition requiring the continuation of electric service, we may accept a medical certificate from a licensed physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
  • For more information, and to download the official medical certificate form, please visit the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's website
