Authorization Checklist

Please complete the printed authorization form and return via email to businessaccounts@pplweb.com, fax (484-634-3260) or U.S. mail to: PPL Electric Utilities - Attn: Business Accounts, 827 Hausman Road, Allentown PA 18104-9981

All authorizations to release customer information must:

• List companies or individuals who are authorized to receive the information
• Specify where we should send the information: authorized recipient’s mailing address or email address
• Include an expiration date (A release with no expiration date will be considered a one-time authorization)
• Include the account holder’s email address if submitting an authorization form through email, or signature if submitting an authorization form via fax or U.S. mail

Charge For Filing an Authorization:

Registration fee for third party authorization is $5 per account, includes one history or billing statement per account.
