PPL Electric Utilities

The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (Commission) has scheduled in-person and telephonic public input hearings to accept customer comment on the request of PPL Electric Utilities Corporation (“PPL Electric” or the “Company”) to increase its annual jurisdictional distribution operating revenues by approximately $356.3 million. Customers of PPL Electric are invited to provide their comments or testimony regarding the Company’s request for the public record. In-person and telephonic public input hearings where customers may make comments are scheduled as follows:

Telephonic Public Input Hearings
Monday, December 15, 2025 – 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM

If you wish to testify at one of the telephonic public input hearings, please pre-register by contacting Pamela McNeal at 215-560-4228 or by email at pmcneal@pa.gov and provide the following information: (1) your first and last name; (2) the phone number you will be using to call into the public input hearing; (3) a phone number where you can be reached prior to the hearing; and (4) your email address, if you have one. Beginning at 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM on Monday, December 15, 2025, customers will testify in the order in which they signed up. Please pre-register for the telephonic public input hearings by 4:00 PM on December 11, 2025. Although pre-registration for the telephonic public input hearings is encouraged and not required, the failure to pre-register for a telephonic public input hearing could result in you not being called to testify by the administrative law judges. Pre-registration is not required for the in-person public input hearings.

If you have any hearing exhibits to which you will refer during the public input hearing, please email them to Pamela McNeal at pmcneal@pa.gov. Such exhibits for the in-person public input hearings and telephonic public input hearings must be received by Ms. McNeal no later than 12:00 PM on December 5, 2025, and 12:00 PM on December 12, 2025, respectively.
