Attachments & Telecom Business Services manages the contracts allowing customers the right to apply for access to PPL Electric Utilities facilities. We also handle all the billing associated with the use of our facilities.
Customers wishing to use PPL Electric Utilities facilities are required to have an attachment agreement dictating the requirements and costs of their access. Each attachment type has its own rate, which is calculated based on a percent of facilities used periodically. For this reason we’re unable to post our rates, but exisiting customers may request their rates or any information about their bills by following the link for existing customers.
New customers who do not have an attachment agreement should follow this link to get some basic attachment information, read our attachment specifications or contact the billing department to establish a contract to request attachments.
Existing customers who may not be familiar with their contract or have questions pertaining to their bills, our billing practices or their obligations under their attachment contract should follow this link to get answers to their questions.
