Fixed payments
If you need help with your electric bill, you may qualify for some relief through our OnTrack program. OnTrack makes managing your bill easier with fixed monthly payments and debt forgiveness. Check out our income guidelines, and, if you qualify, sign in and apply online in minutes.
How your OnTrack credit is determined
Your OnTrack credit is determined by your primary heating source as well as your household income. This credit will be applied monthly to cover the difference in your actual bill and your fixed OnTrack payment.
If your home is heated by electric, the maximum OnTrack credit you’ll receive, over 12 months, is $3,150.
If your primary heating source is natural gas or oil, your maximum OnTrack credit will be $1,950.
Maximize your benefits
- Make your payments on time: Pay on time to receive your monthly OnTrack credit. Enroll in auto pay so you never miss a payment.
- Keep your usage consistent: If your usage increases and your OnTrack credit is exhausted early, your monthly payment will be adjusted to the budget billing amount.
- Stay in touch: Notify your OnTrack agency of any changes to your household income or occupants.

If you have a past due account balance, OnTrack forgives a portion of that balance monthly. No overdue balance? You can still apply.
